Monticello at Rancho Vistoso is a neighborhood of one- and two- story homes located within the master-planned community of Rancho Vistoso in Oro Valley, Arizona. Several homes in the Monticello subdivision offer views of the nearby Tortolita Mountains and the scenic high desert surrounding Rancho Vistoso.

Vinovo Pass also extend into the community of Cortona at Rancho Vistoso; the dividing street is N. Maspalomas Drive, addresses in the 1200 block and above are part of the Monticello community)
